Father's Day gift pack - ADD ON

We provide home-delivery service ($14.95) within a 25km radius of our Kensington studio. 

Our trusted delivery partner delivers balloons quickly and reliably throughout Melbourne. 

Placing an order

- Use our next day delivery service (order by 12 pm) or select a date for delivery and we'll schedule it in. 

- Please always provide a working phone number for yourself or the recipient so the driver can get in touch if necessary.

- Please ensure that yourself or the recipient will be available to receive the gift that day. Undeliverable gifts are returned to the studio and payment for redelivery fees are required. 

Order cut-off times

- Next-day deliveries must be placed by 12pm the previous day

- Monday deliveries must be placed 12pm the previous Friday

- We deliver Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm 

Delivery

- Boxed gifts can be left unattended in a safe and cool spot (- they can't handle the heat!). Once the gift is left delivery proof will be obtained and from then it is out of our responsibility. 

- XL balloons and balloon bouquets (not in a box) will always need to be signed for. We want them to reach you with the wow-factor! 
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the order. If the courier cannot deliver the gift it will be returned to our studio at an additional cost before we can arrange re-delivery. 

- All deliveries to apartment blocks require someone to be in to receive the package or prearranged access to a safe communal area. If the courier cannot gain entry the gift will be returned and additional delivery fees will be incurred.  

- Please note there is a surcharge for hospital ($5) and airport ($10) deliveries.

Can I book a delivery slot?

- We cannot schedule a specific time for your delivery. All deliveries will be dropped off by 5pm (it's often much earlier) and the courier will have the relevant contact details to get in touch.

What if I'm going to be out or need to update the driver?

- The courier will do their best to make contact on the day of delivery to ensure the gift is received or (if boxed) left in a safe place.

What are the delivery costs? 

- This hand delivery service is $14.95 to all Melbourne suburbs.
